To get to the high-fidelity prototype, our experienced team, knowledgeable in carbon fiber material, manufacturing processes, and techniques will first develop prototype molds using 3D computer-aided designs.
From prototype molds, we create the prototype products using the autoclave process. We test this in the actual world and use feedback to improve the designs and create high-fidelity prototypes that look and work like final products.
Only when we are 100% content with the prototype, we create its final version and use it for creating a composite or aluminum mold for mass manufacturing purposes.
